• Planning and development of sustainable real estate projects
• Holistic project management including scheduling, cost and quality control
• Advice and representation of the client
• Processing of real estate projects in collaboration with the public sector
• Development of ecologically and economically sustainable solutions
• Support in contract negotiations and preparation of presentations, schedules, budget overviews and feasibility studies

Requirements

• Advanced studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable course of study
• Sound knowledge of construction principles and processes
• Confident handling of MS Office products
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least B2)
• Motivation to develop further in an exciting and future-oriented working environment
