Working student (f/m/d) contract and claims management

Role Summary

Would you like to gain valuable practical construction experience and get to know the work in project and contract management from the ground up? Are you looking for a diverse and varied area of responsibility related to contract and claims management?

Then apply and support us in various large and small projects.

• Support in project, contract and claim management, also with international customers
• Participation in the identification and assessment of project risks in early project phases as well as the development of strategies
• Support in the assessment and control of critical contract deviations in project execution and management of these with those involved in the project

Processing of supplementary claims from all key areas (AHO, HOAI, VOB/B, BGB), in cooperation with legal representatives as well as support in carrying out negotiations

Participate in cost management and support in measurements and invoice verification

Requirements

• Advanced studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable course of study
• Confident handling of common MS Office products
• Ability to work in a team, independence, quick comprehension and good analytical skills
• Good knowledge of German and English
