Visiting Founders' Associate

Role Summary

MISSION

Integral was founded in October 2024 and is already one of the fastest-growing startups in Germany. We are developing the leading AI-native accounting, payroll and tax platform for European SMEs.

The Founders' Office is the unit for the topics that the founders themselves set and for which there is no team yet. As a Founders' Associate Intern, you get your own project that is currently being worked on. You work with the Head of Founders' Office and directly with the founders. Full-time, Berlin, 3 to 6 months.

WHAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR

• People waiting for a briefing before starting
• Spectators. You present your results yourself, even to the founders.
• Candidates looking for an assistant role. Calendars, minutes and additional work do not belong to this position.

FRAME

• Full-time, 3 to 6 months, start by arrangement
• Also possible as a compulsory internship as part of your study or examination regulations

PROCESS

We are moving quickly. The entire process takes less than a week.

• Get to know our talent team virtually
• Virtual meeting with the Head of Founders' Office
• Live Challenge, 45 minutes, no overnight task
• On-Site: Conversation with the Head of Founders' Office

Responsibilities

• You take on a workstream from A to Z: sharpen the question, get data, make recommendations, implement
• Market and competition analyzes on the basis of which decisions are made
• For new markets and segments, you calculate the market size, entry costs and business case
• You build the models and evaluations that the founders work with
• You prepare partner, investor and leadership discussions
• You automate what we did manually three times

Requirements

You don't have to bring all of it with you. The first three points are the hard ones.

• Current or recently completed studies with a focus on economics or a comparable qualification
• First practical experience from internships in consulting, banking, venture capital or startup, or from your own entrepreneurial activity
• Business fluent German (C1) and English
• You work neatly with numbers and build models that someone else can check
• You work routinely with AI tools
• You work entirely on site in our Berlin office
