Role Summary

PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT / PAYROLL SPECIALIST FULL OR PART TIME (ALL GENDERS)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the independent, timely preparation of the monthly payroll
• Competent contact person for clients, social security providers and authorities in all matters relating to income tax and social security law
• Creation of certificate and responsibility for reporting
• Contact person for audits (social security, income tax, etc.)
• Collaboration with the founding team to further develop the software through relevant practical insights
• Supporting human resources activities by helping to design future job profiles in the payroll team

Requirements

• Successfully completed further training to become an IHK payroll accountant or specialist assistant in wages and salary
• Basic knowledge of social security and wage tax labor law
• Independent and conscientious way of working
• Very good knowledge of German
• Ideally previous experience with Agenda as payroll software
