Role Summary

MISSION

We are looking for an ambitious tax advisor who will work with us to redefine the interface between tax expertise and technology. You take responsibility for operational excellence and quality assurance and actively shape how we further develop our processes. This is a rare opportunity to be there from the beginning and help shape the future of digital tax processes.

We are convinced that technology should strengthen human expertise, not replace it. AI can optimize processes, but can never replace the judgment and experience of real tax advisors. We develop tools that enable tax advisors to concentrate on what is important: professional excellence, real added value and work that really counts.

You will be employed by Integral Tax GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.

Responsibilities

What you do with us

• Client support: Competent contact person for tax questions and strategic advice
• Quality assurance: Ensuring the highest quality standards in all tax processes
• Operational excellence: Independent preparation of annual financial statements and ongoing tax advice for our clients
• Process development: Active participation in the further development of our processes, together with our strategic technology partner

Experience & Mindset

You have recently acquired your tax advisor title or are about to do so and are wondering where you can really make a difference. You want to actively shape what tax work will look like in the future and see AI and automation not as a threat, but as an opportunity. Then you've come to the right place.

• Appointed tax advisor (or shortly before) with experience in DATEV or comparable systems
• Hands-on mentality: You get involved yourself and don't shy away from operational tasks
• Tech affinity: You want to actively advance the industry through digitalization, automation and AI
• High quality awareness: Care and accuracy are a given for you
• Team player: You enjoy working across topics and teams with product and tech teams
• Willingness to create: You see an opportunity to help shape change in a start-up phase

• People who do not value teamwork and peer support
• "We've always done it this way" mentality
• No interest in technology or artificial intelligence
• Pure delegation without your own commitment

PROCESS

• Virtual Get to Know Call
• Onsite Interviews: Get to know the managing director of the auditing company, case study with team leads from the tax specialists, office tour and get to know other colleagues
• Reference interviews
