• Independent implementation of consulting projects regarding strategy, organization and processes within the real estate life cycle
• Disciplinary management, development and establishment of the Real Estate & Facility Management Consulting competence team in Berlin
• Independent network development, maintaining contacts with investors, owners and users as well as support in acquisitions
• Conception and implementation of sourcing projects for individual properties and portfolios
• Development of operating and operator concepts

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Profound professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Willingness to travel domestically for project-related purposes
• Strong consulting skills, strong communication skills and high customer orientation
• Analytical thinking skills, strong quality standards and an independent way of working
