Teamlead Field Sales (w/m/d) - Wien

Role Summary

YOUR ROLE: CONTRIBUTOR, STRATEGIST & MENTOR

You are the face of Salonkee in Vienna. Your job is to build a powerful team while ensuring that we stay close to the customer.

• Team building & coaching: You don't manage Excel spreadsheets, but people - through 1:1s, joint training and real feedback.
• Presence in the market: You are not an office person. You accompany your team to on-site appointments, support cold calling and show in live demos how Salonkee makes everyday life easier for salon owners.
• Create structure: You organize the week so that your team can be successful. You keep an eye on CRM maintenance and key figures in order to see early on where we can make adjustments.
• Role model function: Especially at the beginning you are actively involved in sales. Not to break records, but to understand the market in Vienna in detail.

Requirements

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Experience in field sales: You have 2-4 years of experience in sales (ideally B2B) and know how to open doors.
• Desire for leadership: You don't have to have been a “director” yet, but you have the talent to motivate others and take responsibility for common goals.
• Structured way of working: You plan your region independently and know how to set priorities.
• Communication: You speak German fluently and can communicate confidently in English with our international team.
• Mobility: A driving license is required for appointments with our local partners.
