Team Leader (f/m/d) Technical Asset Management - Real Estate Consulting

Role Summary

• Further development of a Germany-wide team
• Conception and control of investment, maintenance and modernization measures as well as tenant expansions and property renovations
• Carrying out structural and economic project analyses
• Developing and implementing sustainable portfolio & property strategies and associated concepts
• Tendering, awarding and monitoring external service providers
• Cost control and acceptance of modernization, conversion and renovation measures

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, project management or technical studies
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
• Ideally, you already have a resilient customer network
• Ideally, you have initial experience in leading and developing teams
• Fluent spoken and written English skills
• Willingness to travel domestically
• Strong communicative skills, analytical thinking and persuasive skills
