Team leader (f/m/d) mobility and rail infrastructure

Independent management and control of infrastructure projects in the area of railway infrastructure from planning to commissioning

Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams as well as coordinating with internal and external partners, authorities, engineering offices and construction companies, including interface management

Professional and disciplinary management of employees in your own team as well as coordinating the use of resources within the team

Monitoring project goals in the team with a view to quality, costs and deadlines

Ensuring compliance with legal, technical and railway-specific requirements, e.g. B. EBO and BOStrab, as well as advising customers on organizational and technical questions during the project process

Acquiring new customers and projects as well as creating and negotiating offers

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, traffic engineering, traffic construction, traffic engineering, railway engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, project management or a comparable qualification
• At least eight years of professional experience in project management or project management of railway or infrastructure projects; Experience in managing multiple phases of a project cycle is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of the management and implementation of construction projects as well as relevant standards and regulations, e.g. B. HOAI, VOB and AHO
• Technical understanding of railway-specific topics such as track construction, structural engineering, track, bridges, overhead line systems, signaling technology or noise protection measures
• Experience in disciplinary management, development and control of teams in complex project environments
• Affinity to digital tools
• Strong abstraction skills, communication and leadership skills and the ability to bring different interest groups together
• Willingness to travel on business within Germany
