Team leader (f/m/d) digitalization – technical building equipment (TGA)

Role Summary

Our building technology teams combine technical understanding, innovative strength and digital expertise. As an integral partner in planning and implementation, in this role you have a significant influence on the methodology, quality and digital orientation of building technology. Together with your team, you will develop future-oriented solutions for complex technical challenges and drive digital transformation forward in exciting projects - including: in the sectors of data centers, laboratories, hospital buildings, hotels, residential construction or civil infrastructure. • Leading a team across locations in the area of digitalization with a focus on building technology
• Development and implementation of digital strategies for building technology
• Strategic and technical development of BIM standards and processes in the area of building technology in demanding projects
• Full responsibility and coordination of digital project management in an active professional role
• Ensuring internal quality guidelines and client requirements
• Communication and cooperation with builders, planners and project management
• Conducting discussions with employees as well as ongoing training and support for young talent

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of supply technology, building technology or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in building technology with a focus on digital transformation
• Experience in leading teams and in digital project management

Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP with Linear and Autodesk Construction Cloud. SolarComputer, SpriCAD or Canceco BIM (or comparable software) would be an advantage

• Very good knowledge of German and good English, both spoken and written
• High resilience, solution orientation and innovative spirit
• Motivational skills, strong communication skills and a high level of teamwork
