Supervisor // PV + BESS

Role Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on the ground.

Document protocolization

Verify compliance with planning, technical specifications and quality standards.

Coordinate resources, equipment and contractors for the correct progress of the project.

Monitor compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Report progress, deviations and project needs to construction management.

Support the resolution of technical and operational observations in the field.

Requirements

• Technician or Engineer in Electricity, Mechanics, Construction, Civil Works or related career.
• Minimum of 3 years experience supervising industrial, energy or construction projects.
• Experience in photovoltaic (PV) and/or energy storage systems (BESS) projects.
• Knowledge of planning and coordination of field activities.
• Availability for field work
• Valid driver's license.

Desirable

• Experience in construction of photovoltaic plants and BESS systems.
• Knowledge of quality control, safety and productivity on site.
• Experience leading work teams and contractors.
