SSO ITO - Replacement of structure E6 and E7 of LT Los Vilos - Las Palmas

Role Summary

Supervise and verify compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards in the field during the activities associated with the replacement of structures E6 and E7 of the transmission line, ensuring the correct execution of the work and compliance with established regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

Main activities

• Supervise compliance with safety procedures associated with the replacement of transmission line structures in the field.
• Verify compliance with current legal regulations, client standards and project security procedures.
• Carry out inspections and preventive observations on the ground, identifying substandard conditions and acts.
• Verify the correct use of PPE and compliance with the control measures established for each activity.
• Supervise works associated with lifting, assembly of structures, work at height, excavations and other critical activities.
• Review preventive documentation, AST/ART, work permits, protocols and records associated with activities.
• Participate in safety talks, coordination meetings and prevention activities.
• Report and track deviations and corrective measures detected in the field.
• Maintain records and reports of security activities developed during the execution of the service.

Requirements

• Professional in Risk Prevention, with current accreditation.
• Experience in transmission lines, substations or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Experience in supervising field work and high-risk activities.
• Knowledge of working at height, lifting and assembly of structures.
• Management of Occupational Health and Safety regulations and preventive documentation.
• Availability for field work.
