Risk preventionist // PV + BESS

Role Summary

Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety standards in the field.

Carry out inspections, preventive observations and control of operational risks.

Prepare and maintain project security documentation.

Coordinate inductions, training and safety talks.

Investigate incidents and follow up on corrective measures.

Ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal procedures and client requirements.

Requirements

• Title of Risk Prevention Engineer or Risk Prevention Technician.
• Current SNS registration.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in industrial, energy or construction projects.
• Experience in photovoltaic (PV) and/or energy storage systems (BESS) projects.
• Knowledge of current legal regulations on occupational health and safety.
• Availability for field work.

Desirable

• Experience in construction of photovoltaic plants and BESS systems.
• Knowledge of electrical work, lifting loads, excavations and assembly of structures.
• Experience in audits, inspections and security document management.
• Valid driver's license.
