Responsibilities

• Control of warehouse logistics in the building materials company
• Ongoing and consistent planning and control of warehouse activities on a daily basis and forward-looking weekly planning
• Implementation of all warehouse incoming and outgoing documents in warehouse scheduling
• Control of inventory quality, order and cleanliness as well as personnel deployment
• Compliance with the operational warehouse process organization
• Shelf visual inspection according to legal regulations (including documentation)

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g. warehouse logistics specialist) or many years of experience in the warehouse sector
• Specific knowledge of building materials and warehousing
• Forklift license is an advantage
• Experience in leadership desirable
• Basic knowledge of MS Office required
• Basic knowledge of SAP desirable
• Strong customer and service orientation, ability to deal with conflict and strong communication skills
