Sr. Integration Architect

Participate in requirements refinement sessions, understanding business needs and preparing technical documentation to guide development teams;

Define architectures and integration patterns suitable for different scenarios, considering models such as Point-to-Point, Hub-and-Spoke, Event-Driven and Service Mesh;

• Lead the API strategy, promoting the API First approach and ensuring the definition of contracts, security standards, versioning and governance;
• Design and document APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, ensuring scalability, reuse and standardization;
• Define and implement security policies for integrations, including authentication, authorization, access control and traffic management;
• Carry out mapping, transformation and validation of data between different systems, ensuring integrity, consistency and quality of information;
• Design integration flows between applications, platforms and corporate systems, including SaaS solutions and legacy environments;
• Design monitoring, observability and traceability mechanisms for integrations;
• Define error handling, retry, contingency and recovery strategies, ensuring the resilience of integrated processes;
• Work with the architecture, development and business teams to ensure solutions adhere to technological standards and the organization's objectives;

Support the evolution of the integration architecture, promoting best practices, performance, scalability and governance of services.

• Solid experience in architecture and integration of corporate systems;
• Mastery of integration standards and technologies, including REST, SOAP, Webhooks, Pub/Sub and ETL/ELT processes;
• Advanced knowledge of API authentication, authorization and security, including mTLS, JWT, OAuth 2.0 and API Keys;
• Experience in designing and implementing hybrid architectures, integrating on-premise solutions and cloud environments;
• Experience in defining integration strategies oriented to APIs and services;
• Experience in modeling and documenting architectures using tools such as Lucidchart, Visio or similar;
• Knowledge of technical documentation, flow diagrams, integration architecture and C4 model;
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, resilient and secure technical solutions;
• Experience with monitoring, observability and error handling in corporate integrations;

Good communication to work with technical areas, suppliers and business stakeholders.

• Differences
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA);
• Knowledge and work with Apache Kafka and messaging platforms;
• Experience in environments based on microservices;
• Experience with Service Bus, Message Brokers and corporate integration solutions;
• Knowledge of API Management platforms;
• Experience with multicloud environments and distributed architectures;

Certifications related to solution architecture, integration or cloud computing.

Support the definition of personalization and communication strategies based on customer behavior and profile.

Good communication and ease of teamwork.

Experience with integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.

Excel and data analysis tools.

Create and evolve communication rules and customer relationship strategies, focusing on retention, engagement and loyalty;

Develop and implement automated marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud;

Build, configure and monitor automations through tools such as Data Extensions (DE), Automation Studio and Journey Builder;

Segment customer bases for targeted campaigns and communications;

Plan and execute multichannel journeys, ensuring a consistent experience throughout the relationship cycle;

Configure triggers, entry rules, segmentation criteria and automated actions in journeys;
