• Define and implement Data Governance policies, processes and standards;
• Structure and monitor Data Governance Framework, roles and responsibilities;
• Work on defining Data Owners, Data Stewards and Custodians;
• Create and maintain data catalog, business glossary and data dictionary;
• Support Data Quality initiatives, establishing indicators, rules and improvement plans;
• Define and monitor governance and data quality metrics and KPIs;
• Work on metadata management, lineage and data classification;
• Ensure adherence to security, privacy and LGPD policies;
• Work together with business areas, Technology, Information Security, Data & Analytics;
• Identify risks related to the use and quality of data and propose mitigation plans;
• Support audits and data-related compliance initiatives;
• Participate in the definition of processes for managing the data lifecycle;

Promote a culture of governance and good practices for using data in the organization.

• Solid experience in Data Governance;
• Knowledge of Data Quality, Data Catalog, Metadata Management and Data Lineage concepts;
• Experience with defining policies, processes and governance models;
• Knowledge of LGPD and data privacy;
• Experience in interacting with business and technology areas;
• Knowledge of data architecture and ecosystems;
• Ability to act in a strategic and consultative manner;

Good communication and ability to drive alignments with different stakeholders.

Requirements

Desirable

• Experience with Data Governance/Catalog tools, such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Microsoft Purview or similar;
• Knowledge of frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK;
• Experience with Cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP);
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts;
• Experience with Data & Analytics projects;

Certifications in Data Governance, Data Management or related areas.

Support the definition of personalization and communication strategies based on customer behavior and profile.

Good communication and ease of teamwork.

Experience with integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.

Excel and data analysis tools.

Create and evolve communication rules and customer relationship strategies, focusing on retention, engagement and loyalty;

Develop and implement automated marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud;

Build, configure and monitor automations through tools such as Data Extensions (DE), Automation Studio and Journey Builder;

Segment customer bases for targeted campaigns and communications;

Plan and execute multichannel journeys, ensuring a consistent experience throughout the relationship cycle;

Configure triggers, entry rules, segmentation criteria and automated actions in journeys;
