Role Summary

With your technical know-how, you will ensure that our systems run reliably, errors are resolved quickly and our customers are well looked after at all times. Responsibilities

• Customer support after installing the heat pump
• Troubleshooting and on-site repairs
• Regular maintenance of the heat pump

Requirements

• a completed SHK training
• Driving license class B
• good knowledge of German
• Willingness to travel - up to 3 days/week
