You work for clients like AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn and ZDF

You design, develop and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the software development process (e.g. LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation and test automation)

• You design sophisticated end-to-end solution architectures that balance business requirements with technical capabilities
• As a link between the business department and IT, you translate complex business requirements into implementable architectures
• You advise our customers on the strategic alignment of their IT landscape and accompany them on the way to finding the optimal solution

Requirements

This is what sets you apart

• You have successfully completed a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable discipline
• You have many years of professional experience in the conception of solution architectures, requirements engineering and IT consulting, ideally in the automotive industry and/or in the public sector
• You understand very well how to analyze complex business processes and translate them into IT solution concepts
• With your strong empathy, you are able to quickly understand a customer's challenges and immediately develop convincing, viable solution ideas
• You act entrepreneurially, take on responsibility and impress with confident, target group-oriented communication with a wide range of stakeholders up to board level
• You speak fluent German (at least C1) and very good English (at least B2)
