Role Summary

This is what awaits you with us

You work in consulting and software development projects for customers such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn and ZDF

You design, develop and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the software development process (e.g. LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation and test automation)

If necessary, you will take on technical leadership in the project team and pass on your knowledge (e.g. through training courses).

You actively design all phases of software engineering using agile methods and actively involve the customer

Requirements

This is what sets you apart

• You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline
• You have in-depth, practical knowledge of frontend and backend (including Java, Spring, Kotlin, Angular, VueJS, React).
• You know how to build sustainable customer relationships in a trusting manner, communicate confidently on an equal footing and actively shape collaboration with our customers
• You work independently and actively contribute to the success of your project team
• You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) and very good English (at least B2)
