Senior Software Security Engineer*

Role Summary

This is what awaits you with us

You work in consulting and software development projects for customers such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn and ZDF

You design, develop and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the software development process (e.g. LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation and test automation)

You have many years of experience and expertise in secure software development in order to develop best principles and practices for secure software development, e.g. B. NCSC, OWASP or Miter, to be used in the projects and adapted to us

You work with modern technologies such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Spring or Vue - depending on your strengths and interests, you bring some of them into our projects and are responsible for IT security

You design and build secure infrastructures in the cloud (e.g. AWS, Azure, IONOS, Google) for the applications we develop

You represent Accso as a reliable partner throughout the entire project life cycle - from acquisition to acceptance - and proactively pass on your knowledge

Requirements

This is what sets you apart

• You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline
• You have sound, in-depth knowledge of software engineering and feel comfortable in both the backend and the frontend
• You have mastered Secure by Design, Zero Trust and other principles of IT security and have already successfully implemented them in complex and demanding projects
• You have in-depth knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and Miter CWE Top 25, apply these practices and avoid corresponding risks.
• You have experience with automation in the sense of DevOps and the integration of security tools (SAST, SCA, IAST, DAST) with it
• You act entrepreneurially, take on responsibility and impress with confident, target group-oriented communication with a wide range of stakeholders up to board level
• You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) and very good English (at least B2)
