YOUR ROLE IN THE WORLD OF DO & CO

As a senior recruiter (m/f/d), you are responsible for recruiting a defined personnel segment according to your experience and focus.

DO & CO is an internationally active hospitality company with the highest level of products and services, which is only distinguished by its particularly qualified and passionate employees. This unique and customer-oriented corporate culture requires the same passion and love for this type of international top service for the position as a recruiter.

You conduct interviews and create well-founded assessments including reporting and documentation. The aim is to select people who fit the advertised position and DO & CO in the following areas both professionally and personally.

Gastronomy: Restaurants, cafés, gourmet retail and boutique hotels in the premium category for DO & CO, DEMEL and HENRY

International event catering: major events such as Formula 1, European and World Football Championships, tennis and golf tournaments, the most important ski races in the world and much more

Logistics: Specialists for warehousing, airline catering loading and all back office activities

Administration: all operational areas, product development, marketing, sales, HR, finance, purchasing, IT, hygiene as well as creative departments such as design and graphics

Requirements

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

• 3+ years of experience in a comparable position in one or more of the above areas
• Tangible passion for people
• Service orientation and a love for premium products and service; Experience in premium service is an advantage
• Flexibility and performance-oriented thinking
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting tools and HR systems as well as applicant management and selection processes
• Independent, reliable way of working
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German and English; additional languages are a clear advantage
