YOUR ROLE IN THE WORLD OF DO & CO
In the board secretariat (m/f/d) you support the company management in day-to-day operational business. You coordinate appointments and are responsible for ensuring that everyday work runs smoothly.
In the global environment of DO & CO, you will impress with your analytical thinking, high level of initiative and your passion for hospitality.
Her main gifts are
- Organization, preparation and follow-up of board meetings, business meetings and international appointments
- Control and coordination of the demanding international appointment and travel calendar
- Proactive and responsible support of the board
- Participation in sensitive, confidential and strategic projects at board level
- Professional communication management in German and English
YOUR WORKING WORLD

Requirements
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
- 5+ years of experience in a responsible, comparable position as well as a completed degree in economics or similar
- Strong discretion, loyalty and professionalism
- Structured, performance-oriented way of working and time flexibility
- Passion for hospitality and gastronomy
- Confident, professional and representative appearance and absolute trustworthiness
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and German; other languages are an advantage
