YOUR ROLE IN THE WORLD OF DO & CO

As Head of Crew Control (m/f/d), you act as the central contact person for the entire crew of the DO & CO Group.

Responsibilities

Your main area of responsibility

Contact person for the cooking, service and logistics team at major national & international events such as Formula 1, World and European Football Championships, golf and tennis tournaments or ski races as well as private events in Austria

• Responsible for staff allocation and implementation of rosters
• Trustworthy and solution-oriented support for our employees with immediate problems in their everyday work
• Management of all flights, hotels and local transport on site

Requirements

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an environment with a comparable level of demands as DO & CO
• Love and open access to people
• Structured and detail-oriented way of working
• Ability to coordinate small teams and groups of up to 250 employees
• Passion for your work, team spirit and understanding to inspire others with your positive energy
• Highest social skills and interest in supporting employees on their career path
• Willingness to travel internationally to major events
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English; other languages are an advantage
