Responsibilities

HIRING

• Development of clear requirement profiles in direct coordination with the respective hiring manager
• Filling the pipeline with high potential candidates through active sourcing, activation of suitable channels and efficient pre-screening
• Efficient coordination of all steps of the hiring process
• Conduct screening calls with meaningful results
• Negotiation of employment contracts until completion

DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGY AND STRUCTURES

• Setting up and orchestrating all administrative processes associated with hiring - efficiently, lean and without overengineering
• Development and implementation of our employer branding strategy
• Coordination of external partners
• Support with onboarding and offboarding
• Building fundamentals in HR - setting up processes and tools, planning team events and working closely with hiring managers

Requirements

• You have seen and carried out recruiting processes in various forms and for various role profiles and have developed a clear understanding of what excellence in recruiting looks like
• You can define and implement lean and scalable processes from scratch
• You work data-driven and measure effectiveness in hard numbers
• You have a broad understanding of platforms and software solutions in recruiting and can set up and use them efficiently
• You are demonstrably able to quickly and efficiently filter out suitable candidates from a large applicant pool in terms of both content and cultural fit
• You are able to pitch your company and the role to be filled to promising candidates in a convincing and inspiring way
• Even under pressure, you do not compromise on the suitability of candidates with the highest standards
