TradeConnex Pty Ltd Tradeconnex is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its Sydney-based team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment services connecting skilled professionals and labourers to quality work opportunities in construction, civil and renewable energy. Benefits Competitive salary on offer Career progression opportunities Opportunity to be a part of a great team Task & responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including client briefings, job advertisement preparation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and placement coordination.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand workforce requirements and deliver suitable recruitment solutions. Assess candidate suitability, including skills, qualifications, experience, availability and right-to-work requirements. Coordinate interviews, onboarding documentation, compliance checks and placement administration.

Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate profiles, client notes and compliance documentation. Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet recruitment targets, service standards and client expectations. Qualification & experience A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential where equivalent experience can be demonstrated

At least one year in a similar role with demonstrated experience in recruitment Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills Esxperience recruiting within construction, infrastructure, trades, or labour hire sectors is desirable   About Company Tradeconnex Pty Ltd goes beyond simple recruitment to offer uniquely personalised services to clients in labour hire, construction, renewable energy.
