Senior Qualitätsmanager (w/m/d) EPCM Industry – Semiconductor Fabrication Plant

For the quality management of a demanding, highly complex industrial project in the semiconductor industry, we are looking for an experienced and competent person whose expertise and reliability are beyond any doubt.

Contractual home location: flexible – at a Drees & Sommer location of your choice throughout Germany

Place of work: in an EU bordering country west of Germany (100% willingness to travel required)

Management of the quality organization of a large construction project in the area of semiconductor manufacturing, including creation and maintenance of the construction site quality management plan

Obtaining, checking and creating inspection and test plans taking into account all contractual requirements and applicable standards

Consistent implementation of QM plans and FATs and SATs within the construction site and monitoring of the executing companies, as well as countermeasures in the event of deviations

• Ensuring quality documentation for all trades during construction and carrying out quality tests and inspections as well as coordinating the relevant experts
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, particularly in the area of occupational health and safety
• Continuous optimization of internal processes and procedures on the construction site

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, mechanical/plant engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering or a comparable degree
• several years of experience in the area of quality management and quality assurance in the execution of large-scale projects in the high-tech industry
• Extensive knowledge of common test procedures in the areas of structural engineering, steel construction, piping and mechanical engineering
• Confident handling of planning and execution documents, such as construction plans, assembly drawings, isometrics and P&I diagrams
• Routine communication with customer representatives, experts and supervisory authorities, a goal-oriented way of working and a strong “quality mindset”
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills, and knowledge of Flemish or French are very advantageous
• Unrestricted project-related travel within Germany and Europe
