• Planning and development of infrastructure and development solutions for complex industrial and high-tech projects
• Participation in factory and site master planning as well as transfer to implementation-related planning
• Taking on a technical role according to your focus (e.g. master planning, traffic and logistics planning, drainage or media and route planning)
• Analysis and evaluation of location and general conditions (topography, inventory, media, traffic, permit requirements)
• Independent processing of infrastructure planning across various project phases, from early conception to further planning stages
• Coordination with interdisciplinary project teams (architecture, TGA, structural system), authorities and experts
• Establishment and further development of methods, standards and processes in the area of infrastructure planning

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering (e.g. infrastructure, transport, urban water management) or comparable
• Several years (at least 7 years), ideally many years of experience in infrastructure or development planning
• In-depth knowledge of at least one specialist area (e.g. traffic, drainage, master planning or media planning)
• Experience in coordinating with authorities and in interdisciplinary planning processes
• Confident use of CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit), ideally supplemented by GIS knowledge
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
