Role Summary

Construction logistics thought differently: As a construction engineer specializing in construction logistics, you plan, advise, coordinate and are responsible for all logistical processes of a wide variety of construction projects and thus ensure that everything runs smoothly on our construction sites. Exciting construction projects await you right from the start, in which you can take on responsibility and contribute your ideas directly.   • Participation in the conception and creation of construction logistics concepts
  • Assisting in the economical execution of the construction projects, monitoring the project budget and developing countermeasures
  • Support and apply cost/additional and change management
  • Planning, controlling and coordinating all measures in the area of construction site setup and construction logistics
  • Creating, maintaining and revising construction logistics concepts during the individual construction phases

Developing creative construction logistics processes and solutions as well as advising project managers and client representatives on construction logistics issues

Requirements

  • A degree as a construction technician, master craftsman, civil engineer or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of the application of the VOB and the technical regulations
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project as well as experience in using MicroStation and modeling platforms is desirable
  • Interest in programming and knowledge of working with 2D and 3D DGN, DWG
  • Assertiveness and strong communication skills as well as the willingness to travel for project-related purposes
