To manage the construction logistics of a demanding, highly complex industrial project in the semiconductor industry, we are looking for an experienced and competent individual whose expertise and organizational skills are beyond any doubt.
- Contractual home location: flexible – at a Drees & Sommer location of your choice throughout Germany
- Place of work: in an EU bordering country west of Germany (100% willingness to travel required)
- Independent management and organization of the construction logistics of a complex large-scale project in the semiconductor industry (Semiconductor Fabrication)
- Planning, controlling and coordinating all construction site setup measures and construction logistics processes
- Overarching responsibility for occupational safety, costs, budgets and quality standards in construction logistics
- Creation, further development and control of construction logistics concepts across all project phases
- Tendering, awarding and billing of construction logistics services as well as support in cost, supplement and change management
- Development of efficient, project-specific logistics solutions as well as advice to project management and builders on all construction logistics topics
Requirements
Completed studies in civil engineering, logistics, architecture or a comparable qualification, alternatively training as a state-certified construction technician
- Several years of experience in construction logistics, ideally in large-scale construction projects in the high-tech/semiconductor industry
- Goal-oriented, independent action, a high level of advisory skills and a structured and independent way of working
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills, and knowledge of Flemish or French are very advantageous
- Unrestricted project-related travel within Germany and Europe
