Role Summary

Manage the complete flow of accounts payable, including receiving, checking, classifying, approving and scheduling payments.

Validate invoices, bills, contracts, purchase orders, tax withholdings and supporting documents.

Carry out bank, accounting and supplier reconciliations.

Control maturities, short-term cash flow and disbursement forecasts.

Work on resolving disagreements with suppliers, internal areas and financial institutions.

Prepare management reports on payments, expenses, provisions and financial indicators.

Support monthly closing processes, internal and external audits.

Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and operational cost reduction.

Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation tools for data analysis, conferences and reporting.

Interact with international suppliers and stakeholders in English.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance or related areas.
  • Solid/senior experience in accounts payable, treasury or financial routines.
  • Fluent English required, with oral and written communication skills in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced command of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/PROCX, SUMMATIONS, advanced formulas, Power Query and creation of dashboards.
  • Knowledge and experience with financial/accounting ERP.
  • Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation tools applied to financial routines.
  • Knowledge of tax withholdings, tax documents and financial reconciliations.
  • Analytical, organized, judicious, proactive and results-oriented profile.
