Role Summary

Carry out face-to-face audits of organic operators.

Plan audits: prior analysis of the process, definition of sampling, checking risks, preparation of standard checklists.

Conduct interviews, field/facility inspections and evidence collection.

Issue clear, complete and timely audit reports, recording non-conformities and correction deadlines.

Evaluate evidence of corrective actions and support the decision/certification flow according to internal procedures.

Maintain technical updates on regulatory changes and internal policies.

Act ethically, impartially, confidentially and focus on quality.

Search states - São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul and Bahia.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Organic Auditor (US-NOP, BR, CE-EU)

  • Practical experience in audits with traceability and mass balance, verification of inputs and risk assessment (contamination, mixing, organic integrity).
  • Ability to write technical reports and conduct audits autonomously.
  • Availability for travel and field audits.
  • Experience with multiple scopes: primary plant production, primary animal production, processing, extractivism, etc.
