Role Summary
Document Management: Receive, check and post invoices and purchase orders in the system (ERP).
Cash Flow: Plan and execute payments to suppliers, including scheduling invoices, transfers and issuing payment slips.
Reconciliation: Perform daily bank reconciliation, ensuring that payments made correspond to records.
Compliance: Analyze tax withholding (IR, PIS, COFINS, INSS, ISS) and validate tax documents.
Reports: Prepare open bond reports and payment forecasts.
Requirements
- Education: Completed higher education or studying Administration, Accounting or Financial Management.
- Technical: Mastery of the Office Package, with a focus on Excel.
- Soft Skills: Organization, attention to detail, good communication for serving suppliers and time management.
