Independent control and supervision of demanding construction projects at home and abroad, from design planning to tendering and awarding to construction supervision and commissioning

• Taking responsibility for scheduling, cost and quality management as well as for tendering and contracts
• Supporting and advising customers on technical, economic and organizational issues relating to construction consulting
• Controlling, coordinating and leading internal and external project participants throughout the entire project cycle
• Independent coordination and interface management of internal and external project teams
• Accompanying and carrying out customer appointments at home and abroad

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management of construction projects
• Sound knowledge of HOAI, AHO and VOB as well as confident use of MS Project
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as networked thinking and the ability to work in a team
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• High willingness to undertake project-dependent national and international business trips
