Projektmanager (w/m/d) Data Center

Role Summary

Data centers are your home? Do you move safely between data halls, cold and warm aisles, battery rooms and Geno Parks? Terms like ITLoad, White Space, Rack Cooling, Busbars and Level Commissioning are your daily bread? Then become part of our team and take responsibility for the versatile project management in exciting data center projects for our international customers from the focus industry TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom, Data Center).

• Active project control and management of international data center projects
• Advising international customers and taking over client representation on English-speaking projects in Germany, D/A/CH and the EMEA region
• Management and monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality as well as risk, process and reporting
• Wide range of project responsibility from feasibility studies to client representation to controlling the commissioning of data centers
• Expansion of existing customer relationships and first point of contact for our English-speaking customers in D/A/CH and the EMEA region

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in architecture, civil and industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in international project management, ideally in a data center, industrial or infrastructure environment
• Understanding of data center-specific requirements, e.g. B. critical infrastructure, DC delivery models, availability concepts, knowledge of commissioning and handover processes
• Very good knowledge of English and business fluent knowledge of German
• Customer-oriented, strong communication skills and high intercultural competence in dealing with various project participants
• Willingness to travel and international mobility
