Independently developing and updating comprehensive project and schedule plans (up to level 4) for projects in our EPCM Industry business unit (e.g. semiconductor factories, battery cell production facilities, process industry, and much more)
Coordination and collaboration with project management, planning, construction management and external stakeholders to coordinate schedules, define work packages and times and carry out schedule reviews
- Responsible for maintaining time and resource planning in line with project goals by identifying critical points and deriving strategies
- Develop resource allocation for the duration of the project, taking into account resource constraints
- Prepare and analyze project control reports and progress reports for nonconformity determinations and derive recommendations for corrective actions
- Participate in the development of the project delivery plan, including risks and opportunities in scheduling
Requirements
Successfully completed studies related to the construction industry, e.g. civil engineering, architecture, supply engineering, industrial engineering or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling
- Very good knowledge of using project management and scheduling software, especially Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Sound knowledge of earned value management and creation of progress curves
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills (each at level B2 or higher)
- Very willing to travel for project assignments at home and abroad
