Your Misson

• Project Ownership: Managing projects end-to-end, from tendering and order receipt to customer acceptance of switchgear solutions
• Sales Enablement: Supporting local sales teams in the acquisition and development of new projects
• Product Expertise: Delivering impactful product presentations and hands-on training sessions
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with production, engineering, logistics and R&D to ensure seamless project execution

Für diese Position startet das Jahreszielgehalt bei EG8 (IG Metall Bayern) mit 35 Wochenstunden, bei voller Erfüllung der Stellenbeschreibung. Dieses umfasst das Grundgehalt sowie tarifliche Sonderzahlungen. Die Vergütung für diese Stelle gilt für Kandidat:innen mit Vollzeit-Verträgen, die sich innerhalb von Deutschland befinden. Unsere Gehaltsbänder werden durch die Überprüfung von Rollen mit ähnlicher Verantwortung und vergleichbarem Niveau festgelegt.

Requirements

• Technical Background: Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable field
• Career Experience: Ideally first practical experience in project management, sales or medium-voltage switchgear - including internships or working student roles
• System Know-How: Initial hands-on experience with SAP
• Language Skills: Fluent English and fluent German (optional: an additional European language)
• Mobility: Willingness to travel
