- Full TGA planning and project management responsibility within general planning and EPCM projects
- Development and planning of overall solutions in the TGA according to the complete service phases of the HOAI (planning, tendering, awarding)
- Content and organizational management responsibility for expert planning teams in supply and building technology
- Control of the TGA planning process within general planning and interface to the internal and external planning participants
- Advising our customers and sparring with internal specialist departments with regard to planning processes for supply technology and building technology systems
Development of innovative TGA solutions for complex projects, buildings and systems, especially in the areas of special media, clean room planning and high-tech industry
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, supply engineering, building technology, building climate control or energy technology or a comparable qualification
- Many years of professional experience in a comparable position with planning or project management responsibility at a general planning company or technical technical planning office
- Knowledge of TGA as well as specialist knowledge in the area of special media and clean room planning (ultra-pure water, ultra-pure air, process gases, special wastewater, exhaust air, etc.) are desirable
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
- Basic willingness to travel for project-related purposes
- Independent, structured and cross-disciplinary work as well as solution-oriented negotiation skills and a good feel for people and issues
