Responsibilities

We want your contributions to

• Be responsible for supporting the maintenance and evolution of the service infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability and performance of the systems, working in all units of the company.
• Implement automation and monitoring that increases the efficiency and reliability of production environments, developing and integrating solutions to facilitate operations.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to solve complex problems and implement new functionalities in systems, with a focus on infrastructure and observability.
• Perform troubleshooting and corrections in the environments and systems used by the company, monitoring and responding to incidents proactively to ensure business stability and continuity.
• Work on the optimization and continuous improvement of deployment and CI/CD processes, ensuring that DevOps practices are aligned with business needs and reliability standards.
• Keep technical documentation up to date, ensuring that reliability engineering practices are properly recorded and accessible to teams.
• Programming logic for support
• Knowledge in developing APIs and services
• Experience with more than 2 years in VB6 and C# programming languages applied to development
• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, SQLServer) and their optimization in high-scale production environments.
• Versioning tools (Git), focusing on collaborative and continuous integration practices.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Terraform or other infrastructure tools as code (differential).
• Experience with cloud environments (preferably Azure), containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) will be an advantage.
