We are looking for Product Manager!

Define and evolve the Ergon product strategy (HR, Payroll and eSocial).

Build and communicate short, medium and long term roadmaps.

Lead the evolution of legacy products, balancing innovation, stability and regulatory compliance.

Identify opportunities for new products, features, automations and Artificial Intelligence applications.

Conduct Discovery, hypothesis validation and Proof of Concept (POCs) processes.

Structure, maintain and prioritize product backlogs.

Balancing regulatory demands, customer needs, functional evolution, technical debt and operational sustainability.

Monitor legal changes related to labor, social security, HR and eSocial legislation.

Translate business needs and regulatory changes into clear requirements for development teams.

Ensure that product evolution decisions are guided by the value delivered to the customer and the business.

Participate in strategic meetings with customers and key users.

Monitor product indicators, adoption, support, satisfaction and NPS.

Incorporate customer feedback into product planning.

Work in partnership with the Product Owners of the squads.

Report progress, risks, opportunities and priorities to leadership.

Requirements

We hope you have

Complete Higher Education in Information Systems or related areas.
Experience as Product Manager, Senior Product Owner or equivalent role in digital products.
Experience in building, prioritizing and managing product roadmaps.
Experience conducting backlog management.
Experience in Product Discovery and hypothesis validation.
Experience using indicators and metrics for decision making.
Experience working in agile environments.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Knowledge in digital product management.

Experience with Human Resources, Payroll or People Management products.
Experience in mission-critical B2B products.
Experience in regulated environments.
Experience working with more than one squad or in organizations with different levels of agile maturity.
