AI Software Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer. The mission of this position will be to drive the evolution of the company's software engineering using Artificial Intelligence as a productivity and quality accelerator.

On a day-to-day basis, this person will work alongside the Technical Architect to develop internal tools, structure knowledge bases for AI, create intelligent agents, automate development processes and define standards that support the entire engineering team.

We are looking for AI Software Engineer!

Evolve the internal development platform assisted by Artificial Intelligence.

Develop and maintain Skills, Rules, Agents and other artifacts used by AI tools.

Structure reusable knowledge bases for consumption by AI models.

Organize technical documentation optimized for use by LLMs.

Create automations that reduce manual activities and increase engineering productivity.

Continuously research new AI technologies and tools applied to software development.

Participate in software architecture and engineering decisions.

Support the definition of technical standards and good development practices.

Produce clear, organized and reusable technical documentation.

Share technical knowledge through training, documentation and practical demonstrations.

Support developers in adopting AI tools to increase productivity and quality.

Contribute to the continuous evolution of the company's software engineering.

We hope you have

Higher education completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related areas;

Solid experience in software development.

Experience in software architecture.

Experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar).

Solid experience with Prompt Engineering.

Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf or similar).

Experience with Git.

Experience developing REST APIs.

Experience in automating development processes.

Knowledge of good software engineering practices.

Knowledge in API Design.

And it will be a difference if you have

Background in Human Resources and Payroll systems.

Experience with messaging systems.

Experience in technical communities.

Production of articles, training or technical content.

Postgraduate degree in Software Engineering.

AWS Certification.

Microsoft Azure certification.

Experience in productivity applied to software engineering.
