We are looking for someone to act as Infrastructure Coordinator (SysOps) to lead the operation and evolution of technology infrastructure, ensuring availability, stability, security and efficiency of corporate environments. The work will be for a technology company, in the software development sector.]
The position will play a fundamental role in coordinating the infrastructure team, connecting people, processes and technology to ensure quality deliveries and operational continuity of services.

We are looking for an Infrastructure Coordinator (SysOps)!
Operation, Continuity and Technical Support
Coordinate the SysOps/Infrastructure team in managing servers, networks, storage and backup environments.
Guarantee the levels of availability, performance and stability of production environments.
Plan and monitor monitoring, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity routines.
Manage hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud), supporting cost and capacity optimization initiatives.
Lead the resolution of critical incidents (N2/N3), escalations and shifts.
Support migration, expansion and infrastructure modernization projects.
People Management
Lead, develop and engage the team, carrying out 1:1s, feedback, performance assessments and individual development plans.
Promote technical and behavioral evolution of the team, supporting career growth and training of successors.
Participate in recruitment, selection and onboarding processes for new members.
Manage allocation of demands, team capacity, schedules and shifts.
Monitor team climate, engagement and retention.
Work in partnership with the Tech Leader, ensuring clarity between technical decisions, people leadership, processes and results.
Process and Delivery Management
Manage and prioritize demands, projects and team backlog.
Conduct routine management rites, such as dailies, planning and retrospectives.
Ensure adherence to ITSM processes, including incidents, problems and changes.
Promote continuous improvement through post-mortems, root cause analysis and lessons learned.
Maintain updated documentation, operational procedures and knowledge base.
Governance, Suppliers and Strategy
Define and monitor infrastructure security policies in conjunction with Information Security.
Manage suppliers, contracts and infrastructure services.
Support budget management of the area (OPEX/CAPEX).
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audits and LGPD.
Monitor operational indicators and present results to leadership.
Contribute to strategic planning, OKRs and infrastructure evolution roadmap.
We hope you have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems or related areas.
Leadership and people management
Solid experience with
Operating systems: Windows Server and Linux (advanced administration).
Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V or Proxmox.
Cloud: AWS, Azure and OCI (infrastructure resource administration).
Networks: TCP/IP, VPN, firewall and load balancing.
Monitoring: Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana/Prometheus or Datadog.
Backup and disaster recovery: Veeam, Bacula or equivalent solutions.
Automation: Ansible, Terraform and scripting in PowerShell/Bash.
Security and identity: Active Directory, access policies, patch management and corporate antivirus.
ITSM: ticket and change management tools (e.g. Zendesk).
And it will be a difference if you have
ITIL Foundation certification.
Cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
Virtualization certifications such as VMware VCP.
Networking certifications, such as Cisco CCNA.
Experience using Artificial Intelligence applied to operations, automation and process improvement.
Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost governance.
Knowledge of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices.
