Requirements

🎯 What we look for

• Solid experience (5+ years) in Product Management/Specialization, preferably in digital products with artificial intelligence components.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts (predictive models, NLP, automation) and how to apply them to product solutions — no need to code models, but understanding capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs is essential.
• Consistent experience or knowledge of the healthcare sector (supplementary healthcare, healthtechs, hospitals, operators or pharmaceutical companies), including understanding of care flows, regulation (ANS, LGPD) and sector dynamics.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Productboard, Figma, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, with mastery of product metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist to join the Product team, working on the definition and evolution of solutions that combine artificial intelligence and knowledge of the healthcare sector. The person will be responsible for translating business and healthcare market needs into product requirements, prioritizing functionalities with AI components (predictive models, automation, natural language processing, etc.)

🚀 What will you do on a daily basis

Define and prioritize the product roadmap for AI solutions applied to the healthcare sector, aligning with FinX's strategic objectives.

Translate business, regulatory and clinical demands into technical requirements and clear user stories for engineering and data teams.

Work together with Data Science/ML teams to evaluate feasibility, performance and risks of AI models applied to the product.

Conduct market and user research (health professionals, patients, operators) to validate product hypotheses.

Define success metrics, monitor KPIs and conduct experiments (A/B tests) to guide product decisions.

Ensure adherence to standards and good practices in the healthcare sector (data privacy, LGPD, information security) in the development of solutions.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology and regulatory/compliance areas.
