We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Cash Management product portfolio (Boleto, Pix, Bill Payments). As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, mapping the product path and working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative embedded finance solutions that meet our clients' needs and business objectives.

  • Define and execute the product strategy for our cash management products, ensuring they meet market needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to effectively develop and launch products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges in the sector.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog by defining and refining product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and inform future product development decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products meet industry regulations and standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering, IT or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in digital financial products.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles, agile development and Lean methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design and business teams to deliver products to market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, extract meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and understanding of the regulatory challenges faced by cash management products is highly desirable.
