Establish the product vision aligned with the company's strategic objectives, considering different segments and types of products.

Develop strategies for lead conversion and user acquisition.

Conduct discovery activities to understand user needs, identify market opportunities, and evaluate competitors.

Conduct market research and data analysis to inform product decisions based on solid insights.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new products or significant improvements.

Prioritize features and functionality based on potential impact on users and conversion goals.

Map and optimize the user journey, identifying critical touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle.

Implement continuous user experience improvements to increase customer retention and satisfaction.

Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and relevant metrics to monitor product performance and the effectiveness of conversion initiatives.

Utilize data analytics to continually iterate and improve the product and its acquisition strategies.

Promote innovation within the product team, exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve user experience and conversion results.

Quickly adapt to changes in the market and user needs, adjusting product strategy as necessary.

Strong customer orientation, with a user-centric mindset to ensure customers' needs and expectations are met or exceeded.

• Work model: CLT contracting;
• Hybrid model for candidates from Belo Horizonte and the metropolitan region;
• Remote model for candidates from other locations;

44-hour working week: Monday to Thursday: 8am to 6pm, Friday: 8am to 5pm.

Academic Training: Completed higher education in Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Marketing or related areas. Postgraduate or MBA in Product Management, Digital Business or related areas will be considered an advantage.

Professional Experience: Solid experience in managing digital products, working in different market segments. Proven track record of ownership over the complete product cycle, from discovery to delivery, with a focus on business results.

Agile Methodologies: Practical mastery of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, with experience in high-delivery environments and multidisciplinary teams.

Artificial Intelligence: Consistent use of AI tools in everyday life, whether for data analysis, generating insights, automating flows or accelerating product discoveries.
