Manage the product life cycle, from conception to launch and continuous evolution;
Understand business and user needs, translating demands into functional and prioritized requirements;
Lead improvement and innovation initiatives, ensuring deliveries that generate real value for customers and the business;
Collaborate with business areas to ensure strategic alignment and assertive deliveries;
Monitor product KPIs and propose continuous improvements based on data;
Support the development team in defining scope, building the roadmap and prioritizing features;

Conduct agile rites — planning, refinements and reviews — ensuring engagement and alignment with stakeholders.

Differentiators

Experience in digital product projects using tools such as ERP, CRM, E-Commerce and Marketplaces;
Knowledge in integrating tools and services (APIs);
Training in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, Design, Economics or related areas;

Certifications in Product Management, Scrum, Product Owner, Agile or Discovery will be considered an advantage.
