Role Summary

Responsible for planning, controlling and scheduling activities to be carried out by the field workforce, working in planning in the engineering and maintenance sector. Respect the company's health, safety and environmental values.

Responsibilities

Main activities

• Plan service schedules;
• Monitor the schedule of planned x executed services;
• Organize and control daily works reports;

Prepare management report relevant to planning information.

• Control contract entries and expenses
• Carry out details of activities to be carried out in projects by preparing a schedule in the MS-Project software;
• Work on routine planning by monitoring the backlog of orders and maintenance notes through SAP-PM software;

Requirements

• Complete technical education;
• Electromechanical, electrotechnical, mechanical or instrumentation.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and proficiency in the Office Package (mainly Excel);
• Ease of working with controls, deadlines and documentation;
• Good communication and responsibility with information and processes;
