Occupational Safety Technician - Electrical Substation - Baixada Santista

Role Summary

Responsible for acting daily, monitoring and supervising activities and ensuring conditions that eliminate or reduce to a minimum the risks of workplace accidents, observing compliance with all relevant legislation and procedures determined by the company, aiming to deliver quality services to the company and the client. Respect the company's health, safety and environmental values.

Inform the company, through a technical opinion, about the risks existing in work environments, as well as guide them on elimination and neutralization measures;

Inform workers about the risks of their activity, as well as elimination and neutralization measures;

Analyze work methods and processes and identify risk factors for occupational accidents, occupational and work-related illnesses and the presence of environmental agents that are aggressive to workers, proposing their elimination or control;

Carry out occupational safety and hygiene procedures and evaluate the results achieved, adapting them to the strategies used to integrate the prevention process;

Execute programs to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases, monitoring, evaluating and, if necessary, establishing procedures to correct deviations;

Promote debates, meetings, campaigns, lectures, meetings, training and use other didactic and pedagogical resources with the aim of disseminating occupational safety and hygiene standards and technical matters.

Promote administrative and preventive measures, aiming to avoid workplace accidents, occupational and occupational diseases, including daily DSS;

Create and forward to Managers documentation, statistical data, analysis results and performance assessments of employees in relation to the activities performed.
