MAINTENANCE MECHANIC - AMERICANA/SP

Role Summary

Perform a complete alignment of the brake assemblies.

Carry out mechanical cleaning of the moving and fixed parts of the systems.

Identify, correct and eliminate hydraulic, pneumatic or lubrication leaks.

Check, retighten and adjust connections, screws and other fastening elements.

Conduct post-intervention functional tests, recording the corresponding technical evidence.

Complete and submit all mandatory technical records after each OS.

Perform assembly and disassembly of mechanical components as needed.

Perform the exchange and installation of filters as provided for in the Service Orders.

Prepare, organize and segregate materials and tools necessary for interventions.

Meet the estimated daily demand of 13 to 20 brake assembly repairs.
