GAS PIPELINE/PIPE TECHNICIAN (Supervision) - SP, RJ and MG

Role Summary

Responsible for supervising and monitoring activities related to the manufacturing, assembly and repair of gas pipelines and pipes, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety and quality;

You will work on receiving materials, inspecting manufacturing and assembly, responding to emergencies, hydrostatic and pneumatic tests, in addition to analyzing technical reports;

Supervision of Receipt of Materials – Inspect materials received, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards;

Manufacturing and Assembly Inspection – Monitor and inspect manufacturing and assembly processes for piping and gas pipelines, ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications;

Section Replacement and Repair Devices – Supervise and ensure the correct execution of section changes, installation of double gutters and other repair devices in gas pipelines and pipes;

Hydrostatic and/or Pneumatic Tests – Monitor the execution of hydrostatic and pneumatic tests, ensuring the integrity of the installations and compliance with safety guidelines;

RDF and RDO Assessment – Analyze and validate Inspection Reports (RDF) and Daily Work Reports (RDO), ensuring the accuracy of the information recorded.

Requirements

• Technical training in the area of Mechanics with class registration;
• At least 5 years' experience in the pipeline/gas pipeline area;
• Live in the state of SP, RJ or MG.
