Role Summary

Does that sound interesting to you? Then we are looking for you as a planning manager for TGA - HLSK to strengthen our teams in Stuttgart, Cologne, Berlin, Dresden and Leipzig.

Independent responsibility for specialist planning for heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning technology (HLSK) in medium and large technical building equipment (TGA) projects

• Development of technical concepts according to HOAI LPH 1-9 (advice, planning and cost determination)
• Conception and preparation of tender documents according to HOAI
• Ensuring project quality for the customer
• Active customer support and individual solution finding
• Close collaboration with other trades

Requirements

• Completed studies in utility/building technology or comparable qualification (e.g. master craftsman or technician)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the planning, execution and/or commissioning of technical building systems, management experience an advantage
• Comprehensive knowledge of the HOAI as well as the applicable technical standards and rules
• CAD knowledge is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Team spirit, quick comprehension, independent working style and analytical thinking skills
